Residential and rural addresses are not eligible for direct delivery. If a residential or rural address is provided, your order will be delivered to the nearest freight center for collection.

Currently, shipping for the Ultimate Rack to a commercial address or nearest depot is free of charge. We also offer the option of local pickup from our Toowoomba QLD store or the ability to arrange your own freight. Simply select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout, and we will contact you to coordinate the details.
